Wallpaper in the 1980s was interesting. Shiny gold? Black and orange was the hip look? As time passed, wallpaper became dated, and faux finishing became the new rage.

I grew a faux finishing business and created many custom designs that had the appearance of wallpaper. Faux finishing was really great, BUT…. went out of style. Now, wallpaper is back and the new craze! Hence…. the reason for the creation of my custom-painted wallpaper evolved. 

I have really enjoyed creating these lines of paper and I hope you enjoy them too!

All of the designs of the wallpaper line are original hand-painted designs or hand-made templates. The designs are intentionally created to have the look of free-hand artwork with imperfections, and a painted brushstroke look. The designs are then scanned on an enormous scanner, thanks to our special printing company.

I am a Saint Paul, Minnesota native — born and raised in the area. I love living in a region that has four different yet beautiful seasons — spring, summer, fall, and winter! Each season has its own inner beauty.

I have been blessed with five beautiful children and one amazing stepson. Each and every one of them is a special gift in my life. My four grandbabies, Emmy, Maisie, Jack, and Laine, light up my world. My husband Ernie is cute, kind, and the biggest supporter in my life!

Art has always been a passion in my life! I love the process of creating and painting. I love what I do and feel blessed every day to get to wake up and do what I love most!
